Job brief

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our clients. You will source, screen, and hire the best talent while providing excellent candidate experience.


Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.


Candidate & Client Management:

  • Manage communication with candidates, providing feedback and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding:

Participate in career fairs, networking events, and social media campaigns to attract talent.


Recruitment Administration & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies during the hiring process.

 Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices, labor market trends, and talent acquisition technologies.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in HR consulting or corporate HR.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to handle multiple roles, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in Ethiopia is a plus.
