About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading global manufacturing company specializing in metal packaging solutions, we are looking for a proactive and technically skilled ERP IT Assistant to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and provide day-to-day ICT support across the organization.

The role will serve as a key point of contact for ERP user support while also assisting with IT infrastructure, helpdesk services, system administration, and user access management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Manage ERP users, roles, permissions, and system access.
  • Support ERP upgrades, testing, implementation, and user training.
  • Assist with ERP reporting, data validation, and issue resolution.
  • Provide IT helpdesk support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
  • Support network connectivity, system administration, and ICT infrastructure.
  • Maintain ICT asset inventories and support information security requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of SQL databases and ERP business processes.
